The Company will manage the personal information of its partner companies properly by taking security measures to prevent loss, destruction, alteration, leaks or unauthorized access.

The Company will handle the personal information of its partner companies in strict compliance with the laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information.

The Company may outsource the handling of personal information to any third party in order to achieve the purposes stated above. When the Company engages in such outsourcing, it will take actions to ensure the proper handling of the personal information, including executing a contract and inspecting the handling practice by the outsourcing third party.

The Company encourages its partner companies to contact the personnel in charge whenever they seek to inquire about, correct or delete any part of their personal information held by the Company.

In order to ensure the proper handling of the personal information of its partner companies, the Company will provide necessary education to its personnel whose duties involve the handling of such information. The Company will also inspect whether or not personal information is being handled properly and, as necessary, will review and improve its efforts to protect personal information.
